Row houses with units on two levels + basement. Classic distribution with a two-ramp staircase perpendicular to the structure that divides the two living areas, a living room near the entrance and a kitchen-dining area towards the rear. Possible garden and outdoor shaded dining space with sunshade structure. In front of the staircase in this small filter area is the door to the day bathroom. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom with bathroom and walk-in closet.
