Plans of a row house on 2 levels.
The ground floor has an area of 48 m² and develops with an open kitchen, living room and dining area that overlook a covered paved area, garden, swimming pool and solarium. On the ground floor there is also a service bathroom and under the stairs there is a closet lit by natural light with access from the outside.
On the first floor of 56 m² there are: double bedroom with en suite bathroom; single bedroom, study and second bathroom. All rooms overlook a large partially covered balcony.
The design scheme includes the aggregation of the repeated housing unit n. sometimes with the hypothesis of two warhead units developed with different solutions.
