Plans of a terraced house with accommodation of 56 m² on the ground floor and 60 m² on the first floor.
One of the possible changes is the one we proposed in the row house design scheme 21, i.e. moving the kitchen into the laundry space. The first floor is characterized by a large living room-TV that overlooks a loggia. An interesting modification could be to reduce the living room space by increasing that of the loggia, thus making it much more habitable with outdoor table and chairs.
