Design scheme for a retirement home: entrance hall with reception, accommodation, canteen with kitchen, TV room, the scheme assumes that there is also a basement with general laundry services and staff space and at least one upper floor for other accommodation and other common services, the basic accommodation includes a living-dining area, a sitting area for conversation, the bedroom and the accessible bathroom.
